Pricing

Bleacher Units

  • Small: $27.50 each
  • Large: $125.00 each

Chairs

  • Metal:
    • $0.75 each if arranged by customer
    • $1.00 each if arranged by MSF
  • Padded (Exhibition Center Only):
    • $1.00 each if arranged by customer
    • $1.25 each if arranged by MSF
  • White Banquet (Indoor Use Only):
    • $1.25 each if arranged by customer
    • $1.50 each if arranged by MSF

Internet/Wi-Fi

  • Per current provider’s rate
  • Wi-Fi is not included with your event, please let our Off Season’s Department know 2 weeks prior to your event.

Telephone Line

Livestock Panels

  • $6.00 each if provided by MSF
  • $3.00 each if leased

Machinery/Equipment

  • $60.00 per hour (Includes Operator)

Pipe and Drape

  • $1.00 per foot

Podium

  • $10.50 per event

Risers/Stage

  • $1.00 per square foot

Tables

  • 8 Foot:
    • $7.50 each if arranged by customer
    • $9.50 each if arranged by MSF
  • 6 Foot Round:
    • $11.00 each if arranged by customer
    • $13.00 each if arranged by MSF

Both tables seat 8 comfortably.

Water Truck

  • $60.00 per hour (Includes Operator)

Insurance

Each event needs to have insurance. The Missouri State Fair can provide insurance for most events for an additional cost.

  • $80.00 for 200 attendees or less
  • $105.00 for 201-500 attendees
  • $130.00 for 501-1500 attendees

Clean Up Labor

  • After your event you have the next day 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to clean up. If the building is not left the way you received it and we have to do additional cleaning there will be additional cost for labor included on your final invoice.
  • Note: Bedding is not included in pen and stall rental rates
